The NETP emphasizes ensuring equitable access to technology and fostering digital literacy, aiming to bridge gaps in digital use among students. In the "Making Sense of Climate Change Data - Jill Pelto Art" lesson, applying UDL strategies can help mitigate these divides by providing varied means of engagement,  representation, and expression.

     For instance, the lesson can incorporate multiple forms of media, such as interactive graphs and videos, alongside Pelto’s artwork to cater to diverse learning preferences and improve accessibility. This approach aligns with the NETP's recommendation to use technology to create rich, adaptive learning experiences that engage all students. Additionally, facilitating group discussions and collaborative projects within the lesson encourages students to learn from each other, fostering a more inclusive learning environment.     This is a great assessment of the article. I couldn't agree with it more. PD is so vital to helping teachers continue to grow in their teaching. Especially when we must implement new styles of teaching or new curriculum. This lesson plan sounds really engaging. I will have to look more into this idea. Great job!
